Project Background

Contractor established a multi-use facility using video conferencing as one of the many resources to access and move information. It was made available for use by any sector of the community. Businesses, other government groups, schools, and the general public were encouraged to access the technology for training, teaching and conduct of bussiness. The facility was installed at the Mission Viejo library to encourage access by the public.
