Financial Assistance to Transition to Zero & Near-Zero Emission Goods Movement Operations
The purpose of this Program Opportunity Notice (PON) is to identify owners and/or operators of warehouses, distribution centers, and logistics facilities located in Riverside or San Bernardino County interested in potentially partnering with the MSRC Clean Transportation Funding™ Program to implement air pollution reduction strategies and technologies at their facilities that reduce air pollutant emissions associated with Goods Movement.
MSRC Programmatic Outreach Services
The MSRC is seeking to retain a public relations firm, communications firm, or other public or private entity (consultant) to assist the MSRC in promoting mobile source emission reduction programs funded under the AB 2766 MSRC Discretionary Fund, referred to as MSRC Clean Transportation Funding™ Programs, as well as providing outreach assistance to current and prospective MSRC project implementers.
