Project Background

Contractor purchased eight vehicles: one Goshen Coach Bus (CNG) assigned to Recreation and Community Services Department, one 1999 Ford Taurus 4-door wagon (CNG) assigned to the Finance Department, two 1998 Ford F27 pick-up trucks assigned to Public Safety, one 1998 Ford S31XL Super Club wagon (CNG) assigned to Public Safety, one 1998 Ford Crown Victoria (CNG) assigned to Facilities Maintenance, and one 1997 EV1 (electric vehicle) assigned to General Services. This vehicle was leased for three years. Contractor installed one General Motors Charging Station located at the Community Center where the EV is assigned.
