The MSRC Celebrates the Opening of Two New CNG Stations for School Buses

The MSRC closes out 2019 by joining two of its school district project partners in the grand opening events for their new compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling stations in the South Coast region. On November 13, MSRC Contracts Administrator Cynthia Ravenstein was on-hand to participate in the Moreno Valley Unified School District’s ribbon cutting ceremony for its new CNG station (see photo below).

This summer’s OC Fair Express Successfully Rides Again with Tens of Thousands of Passengers

The OC Fair Express wrapped up its most successful summer yet, with more than 83,000 riders using the non-stop bus service, which picks up fair-goers from nine locations throughout Orange County and drops them off at the fair’s entrance. Operated by the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), the service was provided during the five weekends of the fair’s run. In fact, the last weekend of the fair – August 10 and 11 – set a record for a single weekend, with nearly 18,500 passengers on that weekend alone.
